I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you are 10 minutes or more late for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the cancellation fee. If you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is still your responsibility for any missed appointment fees.
